Built by SETAO on 8,500m² of land, the warehousing facilities feature a metal framework and a courtyard for trucks. The project included construction of storage facilities for fresh produce, the Semat warehouse, made up of a 654–m² negative coldroom and 3 positive coldrooms for a total surface area of 1,527 m². It is also designed with a 50m2 tidal night reception zone, a 712–m² preparation area, a 126–m² office area and an adjoining building for plant rooms and social premises.
