Cap Sud Shopping Mall
Abidjan’s Cap Sud Shopping Mall underwent major renovation and extension work. SETAO was tasked by PROSUMA with the project for the commercial centre in February 2013 to host new shops.
The work included construction of a 16,700–m² hypermarket, including 7,800 m² of useful commercial surfaces, silo car-parking facilities with 351 spaces on 3 levels and a single-floor building with an intermediate level for offices.
