A functional and exceptionnal building
The Boulevard Zerktouni is one of Casablanca’s main thoroughfares. Students, businessmen and families can be seen strolling through this very popular district in downtown Casablanca. A shoppers’ paradise, the district is also a dynamic business centre.
It is in this bustling district that BYMARO built an 8-storey office building, with 3 levels of underground parking, for the Moroccan subsidiary of the international company Zurich Insurance Group. Modern, functional and visually attractive, the building has a total floor area of 12,500 m². Rapidly adopted by its users, the building is now one of BYMARO’s prime references in the commercial & offices sector.
